Q: How long are the dog walks?
A: My standard dog walks typically last for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your preference and your dog’s needs. I can also accommodate longer walks upon request.
Q: How do you ensure my dog’s safety during walks?
A: Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I’m trained in handling dogs, including dog first aid and have experience with various breeds. Additionally, I always walk dogs on a secure leash and am cautious about their surroundings.
Q: What happens if my pet has a medical emergency while in your care?
A: In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, I’m equipped to assist. I have basic pet first aid training and will work to stabilize your pet. You will be promptly notified of the situation. If immediate attention is required, I’ll take your pet to a vet. If your registered practitioner is unavailable, I’ll go to the nearest available one for treatment. Your pet’s well-being is our top priority.
Q: What areas do you serve for dog walking?
A: Currently, I offer dog walking services in Gosport and Stubbingtion, the PO12, PO13 & PO14 areas.
(Sadly right now I don’t walk in PO14 4 Areas)

Q: What if my dog has special requirements or specific needs?
A: No problem! I’m happy to accommodate special requests or any unique needs your dog may have. Just let me know during our initial consultation.
Q: What happens in case of harsh weather?
A: I’m prepared to walk dogs rain or shine. However, in extreme weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme heat), I’ll make sure your dog gets some indoor playtime and attention.
Q: Can I schedule walks on a recurring basis?
A: Absolutely! I offer flexible scheduling options, including daily, weekly, or customized plans based on your dog’s routine and your preferences.
Q: What is your policy for cancellations or rescheduling?
A: I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a walk, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to work out a new walk time/date. This helps us ensure availability for other clients.
Q: When and how are the terms and conditions discussed?
A: During our first meet and greet session, we’ll take the time to go over the terms and conditions in detail. This allows us to ensure that both parties fully understand and agree to the policies and expectations outlined. We’ll address any questions or concerns you may have, so you can feel confident and comfortable entrusting your pet to our care. Your peace of mind is a top priority for us!
